ABOUT NICK

I’ve lived in San Francisco for over the past 6 years, but knew it was the place I would call “home” from a young age. While I grew up on the East Coast, throughout my childhood I took every opportunity to visit my uncle at his Victorian home in the Castro, just knowing that this city was where I was meant to be. Before I became a real estate agent, I worked in the world of corporate retail merchandising, developing a deeply analytical mindset and eye for design - both of which are of utmost importance when you’re buying or selling a home. I’m a firm believer that it is an equilibrium of ‘data’ and ‘emotion’ that is needed to make the best real estate decision for you.

RESULTS

I have never settled for ‘ordinary’ - and I don’t believe that my clients should, either. Within my first 12 months as a real estate agent, I took part in over 40 real estate transactions, valued at more than $45,000,000. That beginning momentum has continued ever since, and whether it is representing a buyer that competed with three other offers and still had their appraisal come in over their offer price, or representing a seller where the home set records for $/square foot, I pride myself on delivering the best results for my clients. While many advised against becoming too attached to the business when I first became an agent, I truly believe that I excel at what I do because I am deeply invested in the outcome of each and every client that I take on.

APPROACH

I employ a hands-on approach in navigating my clients through the complex and personal endeavor of buying or selling a home. This includes clear and comprehensive communication on a consistent basis - which also includes me telling you the truth - even when you may not want to hear it! This also involves education, calming nerves, and tuning into you and your needs during the process. I aim to help you see the big picture and how each decision could play out in the future, while focusing on and making informed decisions from the details. Lastly, as a business partner of The Costa Group at Vanguard Properties, one of San Francisco’s top producing and well respected real estate teams, I have learned to leverage the expertise of my mentors and team members to ensure the best possible outcome for my clients.

OUTSIDE OF REAL ESTATE

I currently call Bernal Heights ‘home’ with my partner and two dogs, but I love exploring all areas of San Francisco and the greater Bay Area. I can often be found planning my next getaway, checking out new restaurants, and sprinting on the treadmill in bootcamp. I’m also always looking for opportunities to give back - I volunteer at a dog rescue in the Bayview neighborhood, and donate to a variety of organizations each year - if you have a favorite organization that you support, please share it with me.
